General Policies

Advertisement Policy

PaGe or any of its Journals do not host any advertisement on its pages. Further, PaGe or any of its Journals do not use the data of Authors for advertisement purposes. Also, PaGe or any of its Journals do not sell any data of Authors to advertisers for earning revenue.

The sole revenue source for PaGe and its Journals is the Article Processing Charges paid by the Authors. APC are required to meet operations expenses. Being an Open Access Journal, our journals do not receive payment for subscription as our journals are freely accessible over the internet. The author, institution, or funding agency pays a modest fee to help cover the actual cost of the essential final step, the publication. This charge covers the entire cost of the publication process, which includes peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining, DOI no., Indexing, online hosting and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full-text versions of the research articles. It is independent of the number of print pages, and there is no surcharge for article submission, color figures, or supplemental material, etc. However, the APC is payable only if the article gets accepted for publishing. Article withdrawal, removal and replacement policy

Authors should keep in mind a few noteworthy points about withdrawal procedures to avoid falling into trouble:

Ideally, a manuscript should be withdrawn only if the authors detect errors or flaws in the manuscript.
In case there is a strong reason for withdrawal, a request for withdrawal signed by all the authors and mentioning the reason for withdrawal must be sent to the Editorial Office in the standard template available HERE.
A confirmation of withdrawal from the Journal Editorial Office is required for the withdrawal process to be considered complete.
It is unacceptable and unethical to withdraw an Article from a journal just because it is being accepted by another journal or the Author wishes to submit the Article to another Journal, which, for any reason, he considers better than the current Journal.
It is not acceptable practice to withdraw a manuscript after it has been sent for peer review unless the reasons for withdrawal are very strong.
In cases of withdrawal after publishing, punitive measures in the form of a fine or a ban on submitting Articles to the same journal can be taken by the PaGe Journals.

Article Withdrawal

Only used for Articles which have not been published yet by PaGe and which represent early versions of articles and sometimes contain errors, or are discovered to be accidental duplicates of other published article(s), or are determined to violate our journal publishing ethics guidelines (such as multiple submissions, bogus claims of authorship, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, etc.) may be “Withdrawn” from our group Journals.

If an Article is withdrawn from PaGe Journals, no penalty will be levied. However, if the APC has been paid for any Article already accepted for publication, then this APC shall not be refunded in any case.
