How can I submit an article to your journal?
- To submit an article to any of our Journals, you have to first register yourself as an Author with the online Journal System (OJS) of that journal.
- Once you are registered with the OJS, you can submit your manuscript for publication after you log into it by using your User ID and Password.
- However, before submitting your manuscript, you are advised to prepare your article as per the Author Guidelines, so that your article may be accepted in short period with minimum rounds of revision. These guidelines are available in the Author Guidelines section of the relevant Journal.
- Finally, if your article is accepted for publication, you will have to pay the Article Processing Charges (APC) before your article is published. Every Journal has different APC. To know more about the APC, please check the Article Processing Charges section of the relevant Journal.
Why do I need to register with any of your Journals?
You have to register with our Journal to make an online submission of your article to our Journals and/or to act as a reviewer to a manuscript that has been assigned to you by the Editor-in-Chief.
What if I am struggling to log into my personalized journal section?
- Do you have a username and password? No – Register first.
- Did you misplace your username and password? Yes – Reset it.
- Did you enable the cookies in your web browser? No – Enable It from browser settings
- What if I have tried all of the above and it is still not working?
- The screen does not move past the login page? Yes – it might be that if you are assessing the Journal website from a server, the proxy setting on which is preventing you from logging into the Journal website. Please contact the technical team to ascertain whether this might be the cause.
- No problem with proxy settings, but not able to log into the system? Yes – Report the issue to us through e-mail at contactus@pacificejournals.com.

You can subscribe to any of our Journals by registering as ‘Reader’ with the respective Journal. ‘Register’ button is available on the home page of the respective Journal.
I have registered. How do I change my login details?
After obtaining your login details for the Journal, use this to log into your personalized Journal section. Under your user home is a heading ‘My Account’ that lists links that will enable you to:
- Change your password, or
- Edit your profile.
These links will enable you to change your login details.Please note: you cannot edit your username after registration.
What type of articles/manuscripts are published in your Journals?

What is a peer-reviewed journal? What is your Journal policy regarding Peer Review?
In a peer-reviewed journal, articles are written by experts and are reviewed by several other experts in the field before the article is published in the journal to ensure the article’s quality. What is an open access journal?
Open access (OA) journals are scholarly journals that are available online to the reader ‘without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself’. To know about our Open Access Policy, please Click Here.
How is a Journal with Continuous publication different from a Journal with Quarterly Publication?
In a Journal with continuous publication, the articles are published online immediately after the completion of the review process, instead of waiting for the end of the quarter. However, the Journal with Quarterly Publication published articles online at the end of the respective quarter only.
What is the difference between Article Submission fees, processing fees, and color figure charges?
Both subscription-based and open access journals may charge Submission fees at the time of manuscript submission to help to fund editorial and peer review administration, whereas Article Processing Charges (APC) are charged by certain open access journals post-acceptance. To cover the cost of printing, and particularly color printing, certain traditional journals charge per page and/or per color figure. In rare cases, supplementary materials may also incur a flat charge or a charge per item or page. All our Journals charge only Article Processing Charges for the articles accepted for publication and no other charges/fees are levied on the articles by our Journals.

How do I register as an Author?
To register with any of our Journals as ‘Author’, click on the ‘Register’ button, which is available on the home page of the respective Journal.
If you are already registered as ‘Reader’ or ‘Reviewer’ and not as ‘Author’, you will need to update your profile to include ‘Author’ under the ‘Roles’ section in your profile.
What is the step-by-step process to submit an article to your Journals?
- Register as an Author with the Journal’s OJS system.
- Log in and prepare the manuscript as per the guidelines.
- Submit the article online.
- Pay Article Processing Charges if accepted.
Can I email my article for publication?
No. The article must be submitted through the online system.
What should I do if I am unable to submit my work via the online submission menu?
- Ensure you are registered as an Author, not just a Reader.
- Clear browser cache or try a different browser.
- Contact the technical team if the issue persists.
Do I have to make any payment at the time of article submission?
No payment is required at submission. If accepted, APC will be charged.
I tried to submit my article online but there is no link to take me to the page to submit my article. What should I do?
Ensure you are registered as an Author and that the submission link is available under ‘My Account’.
What should I do if I am struggling to upload manuscripts in Step 2 of the online submission process?
Large files may be difficult to upload. Use lower quality imagery for the submission file.
What is the relevance of the order of Author’s names appearing in an article?
The first author typically contributes the most and receives the most credit, with subsequent authors contributing in decreasing order of significance.
Who is a Corresponding Author?
The Corresponding Author provides intellectual input, approves protocols, and is responsible for communication during the paper submission process.
What is an Abstract? Why is it important?
An abstract is a brief summary of a research article and helps the reader quickly ascertain the paper’s purpose.
How to choose keywords for an Article?
Keywords should reflect the subject area and be relevant to common search terms.
What do the Acknowledgments at the end of an article refer to?
This section is for thanking individuals or organizations that helped with the study or preparation of the paper.
What is the structure of an Article?

How to denote a figure?
Figures should be numbered sequentially in the text with Arabic numbers (e.g., Fig 2).
